We are located in Edmonton and offer 4 locations where you may pick up your art 2 business days after purchase. However, we also deliver and ship internationally.

We pride ourselves on quality over quantity and take extra precautions to pack with archival wax paper, then foam, then box our art for you. We can also ship via hardcover tubes rather than boxes at request. In either case, as artists who have made each piece with love and care, we make sure it is delivered to you in the safest fastest possible way. Since you are buying directly from artists, where we take zero commission, the artist prices the art responsibly to include proper shipping packaging and in fact, we get great comments upon receipt as we follow up with a tracking number which is provided by a professional art shipping company (PakMail). The artists also go the extra mile to include thank-you cards and personalized invitations to their upcoming exhibits. Some artists have also been known to send an original sketchbook drawings as a token of appreciation.

It always takes a good team behind the scenes to accomplish the work and we work with only professionals. Most of our framing is done at Vestate and we ship using Pak Mail services. Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity in case you choose to re-sell the piece or use it for a Tax Break. We are grateful for your business and will deliver quality in a timely manner.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We make original art, pack it very carefully and ship it very professionally. We have never encountered any problems since we started shipping back in 2016. If you do not want what you have received, you have 1 week to ship it back to us without damage and we will refund you without any issues, as long as the artwork comes back in the same condition as it was sent. At each step, we take pictures and document the way it is packed.

However, if the artwork was damaged beyond our control, then we cannot provide a refund because of the damage. We also do not accept any returns after 1 week of delivery. We track the artwork delivery and on the last day of the one-week benchmark, we pay the artist, with confidence, that you are keeping the art. There are also no exchanges on one-of-a-kind (original artworks). We can provide an exchange on apparel and prints if you send us the artwork within the one-week time frame so long as it was not damaged beyond our control.
